are so many ways to do that, but these are my top three.
One is set daily actions.
What are things that you can do every day to help you get further along in your business and get you more clients? These can also be weekly actions. When you’re setting daily tasks make sure you know what your main goals are for your business, week, and success and make sure these tasks bring you closer to that. Three is outsourcing.
Sit down and think about for the next week which tasks only you can do that you couldn't teach anyone else. Then make a list of tasks that you could give to others to do. Then make a list of tasks you don’t enjoy, that make you burned out, that don’t bring you joy, and make your business difficult for you. These are all things you can outsource. These things can be delegated to members of your team (or it may be time to build your team or hire another freelancer).
BONUS NUMBER FOUR
I just had to talk about time blocking. Block off time in your calendar. You can get more done if you block off time to do specific tasks.
