EVERY CLIENT GET’S THEIR OWN BOARD. THE LEFT SIDE INCLUDES THEIR ORGANIZATION.

  • Start here explains how it works to the client and what we need from them.
  • A book a call link so they can book a call with us any time.
  • Important info includes customer bio (who they are/what they do) and any other important info you or the client want to include.
  • The links includes socials, websites, opt ins, any links you have.
  • Branding includes logos, templates, brand board, and any branding info.
  • Hashtags for all of their existing hashtags.
  • Competitors includes anyone you aspire to be like or any competition in your niche.
  • Communications is a space to communicate with the client about things that need approval.

Each day of the week has a different content pillar. For example quotes,
engagement questions, etc. Create a card for each post. You can utilize the title
space for the date. In the description space you can put the caption for the post.
Then upload the photo or graphic to attach. This will make it ready for scheduling.

After a card is ready with a caption, date, and picture you’ll need to label the
card as needs approval. You can tag the client in communications to approve
once you’ve done this as well.

Once the client (or whoever needs to approve) approves it can be changed to
“approved” so the posts can be scheduled.
