  1. Do you review the current website and analyze its performance before making your design decisions?
  2. How much time is devoted to analyzing the business, market and competitors?
  3. Do you custom design websites or use pre-made templates?
  4. Can you build the site responsive (so it will work on mobile devices and tablets)?
  5. Will you integrate social media into my web design?
  6. How much input do I have with their website design?
  7. What happens if I don’t like the initial design?
  8. Will I be able to see the website as you’re creating it?
  9. Will my current site experience downtime as you update it?
  10. What is your estimated timeline to build a site?
  11. Can you talk me through your design process?
  12. Will I have access to all my design source files for internal use?
  13. How often will you send updates and what is the communication process?
