Facebook changes their algorithms on a regular basis which can be frustrating at times, however, this challenge can be a blessing in disguise as it helps to require different posting styles as well as inspired creativity.

How to Track Your Organic Reach on Facebook

If you are an admin on a Facebook page then you can check your reach. To see your reach for the Facebook page, click on “insights” at the top of the page. Next click on the “posts” option. Here you will see a breakdown of all of your posts. Look closely at the “types” section. Here you will see what type of post gets the most views.

3 Top Facebook Tips

  • Optimize Targeting

Again, if you are an admin on a Facebook page then you can target your post to people based on gender, relationship status, educational status, age, location, language and interests. This lets you target more people, and the things that they are interested in or have similarities with. People will interact more if they relate with the post.

  • Embed Posts

If you have a blog post for example, then it’s a good idea to embed your Facebook posts with your blog post. When you do this, anyone you reads your blog post will be able to interact with your Facebook. If you want to embed a post then click the drop-down menu in the top right of the post and click “embed post”.

  • Try Different Post Types

There are a few different ways you can post things on Facebook. Some of these include Photos, videos, text-only and links. In today’s world, videos are the most seen type of post. If you have 100 Facebook fans then about 9 people will see the video. About 6 people will see text-only posts, 5 people will see link posts and below 4 people will see picture posts.
